You have 30 days from when your order was received to request a return for store credit. To be eligible for store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and with original tags.

Damages and issues
If an item is damaged, the damage must be reported to email@example.com within 2 days of the delivery date. All damaged items must be postmarked within 3 days of report (we will provide a shipping label).
Exceptions / non-refundable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following:
- Final Sale items
- Items with removed tags or items missing from their original packaging
- Bralettes, hair accessories or beanies (for hygiene purposes)
- Buy One Get One deals
- Mystery Bag items
Offered for different sizes/colors only. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Store Credit Timeline
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if store credit was approved. If approved, you’ll receive an e-mail providing you with an update. Your store credit will be available for use at that time.
