When do you launch new arrivals?
We launch new arrivals every other week (usually Thursday's)!

Where do you ship from?
We ship from Minneapolis, MN and all orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS.
Items generally arrive within 2-3 days once tracking information is sent.
What countries do you ship to?
We currently only ship to the United States.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship. More often than not, it will ship out within 1 business day. You will receive an email once your order has shipped with tracking information. If you have any questions, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you select store pickup, we will email you when your order is ready (same day)!
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail.
What if I want to return or exchange something I ordered?
We want you to LOVE your Emi + Rae purchase and are happy to accept returns for store credit or exchange for a different size (if it’s available).
We have a 30-day return policy for store credit, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request store credit.
To be eligible for store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, contact us at email@example.com with your request. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
If an item is damaged, the damage must be reported to email@example.com within 2 days of the delivery date. All damaged items must be postmarked within 3 days of report (we will provide a shipping label).
Exceptions / non-refundable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following:
Final Sale items
Items with removed tags or items missing from their original packaging
Bralettes, hair accessories or beanies (for hygiene purposes)
Buy One Get One deals
Mystery Bag items
Offered for different sizes/colors only. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Store Credit Timeline
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if store credit was approved. If approved, you’ll receive an email providing you with an update. Your store credit will be available for use at that time.
Do you have an overall size chart?
Please keep in mind that sizes vary between brands. On each product page, check to see what size is equivalent and/or compare to the model size.
